Jesus asked his disciples “who do you say that I am?”. The question still resounds today. Many say that Jesus was just a “good man”, others say he was deluded, some question his very existence.
So how can Christians make the case for Christ to their friends and family?
Now in its third year, Unbelievable? The Conference is the leading UK event for apologetics and evangelism. Ordinary Chistians (yes you!) will learn how to share their faith effectively. We’ll also be marking 50 years of CS Lewis’ remarkable legacy as well as how to engage with today’s ethical and scientific issues in a variety of seminars featuring expert speakers.
Alister McGrath is one of the world’s foremost theologians and apologists, and Professor of theology, ministry and education at Kings College, London. A scientist by background, he has debated with numerous high profile atheists, and is a bestselling author of books such as The Dawkins Delusion.
Amy Orr-Ewing travels the world as a speaker and trainer for RZIM Zacharias Trust, as well as being involved in local church ministry with husband Frog. An Oxford theology graduate, she is now the Curriculum Director at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics.
Dr. Trevor Stammers is a practising GP whose Christian faith has led him to refuse to personally refer women for abortion. He is a lecturer in Bioethics at St Mary’s University College in Twickenham and former chairman of the Christian Medical Fellowship.
Fazale Rana (Fuz) is Executive Vice President of Research and Apologetics For Reasons To Believe, who are conference partners again this year. A biochemist by background, he became convinced that life requires a creator, who he found was revealed in Jesus Christ.
Kurt Jaros is the recent founder and director of Real Clear Apologetics, a ministry dedicated to providing clear information of, and fostering healthy dialogue across, worldviews. He holds an M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University and an M.A. in Systematic Theology from King’s College London.
