Gavin has an Open University degree in Theology from ICC, an MA(Hons) in History and Politics from Dundee, and an M.Litt in Modern American History from St Andrews. He writes and edits Solas’s web materials, newspaper column, supporter relations and social media output and works as an ambassador, speaking on behalf of Solas to church leaders and congregations. Gavin has three children, two of whom still live at home; and a wife who clearly married beneath her. Gavin lingers in the happy delusion that his jokes are amusing, and that his taste in music isn’t appalling. His spare time involves family, friends, hillwalking, photography and speaking in churches.
