There are some important changes happening here on the Solas website.
Over the last few years we have brought you updates on our work around the country, every Friday morning. We’ve brought reports and photos from church services, Confident Christianity conferences, evangelistic meetings and CU missions – and more.
But we’re not going to do that anymore!
Instead, we are going to record a monthly news update featuring a different Solas speaker each time. This is for a number of reasons:
- We are doing so much more work (with exciting plans for further expansion in 2027) than we used to, that reporting on it all isn’t possible anymore.
- Changes to the way people use the internet mean that people aren’t coming to websites looking for news content, in the way they used to.
- Our stats show that most of you prefer audio and video content over written pieces, so that’s what we will try and provide.
The end of the old style ‘ministry’ reports doesn’t mean we have stopped working, are downscaling or are doing less. Rather – we’re reporting back, to those of you who support and pray for our work in ways we think you’ll find more useful.
